Postpandemiya davri mehmonxona ovqatlantirish xizmatlariga yangicha qarashni taqozo etmoqda. Ushbu
maqolada pandemiyadan keyingi sharoitda mehmonxonalarda ovqatlantirish xizmatlarini tashkil etishning iqtisodiy samaradorligi
va moslashuvchan strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, ekologik barqarorlik, individual
xizmat ko‘rsatish, menyuni optimallashtirish, resurslar boshqaruvi va xizmat sifati kabi omillar asosida zamonaviy
yondashuvlar yoritilgan. Shuningdek, muammolar va ularning yechimlari, xodimlar malakasi, ta’minot zanjiri va mijoz
ehtiyojlariga moslashuvchanlik asosiy tahlil yo‘nalishlaridan biridir.
