Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mehmonxonalarda ovqatlantirish xizmatlarining zamonaviy holati tahlil qilinib, mavjud
tizimli muammolar va ularning yechim yo‘llari yoritilgan. Xususan, xizmatlar sifati, mahsulot yetkazib berish, gigiyena
talablariga rioya qilish, mijoz ehtiyojlariga moslashuv kabi jihatlar asosida sohaga doir dolzarb masalalar chuqur ko‘rib
chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida sohaga innovatsion yondashuvlar va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
