Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ovqatlanish xizmatlari sohasida xizmat ko‘rsatish madaniyati va iste’molchi qoniqishi
o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilingan. Mehmonlar fikrlari asosida xizmat sifati, xodimlar madaniyati, xizmat muhitining
estetik darajasi va mijoz ehtiyojlariga munosabat o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari xizmat ko‘rsatish madaniyatini oshirish
orqali mijoz sadoqatini mustahkamlash mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi.
