Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimini miqdoriy va sifat ko‘rsatkichlari asosida baholash uchun yangi
kompleks metodologiyani taklif etadi. Taklif etilayotgan metodologiya QS, THE va Shanghai ARWU kabi ilg‘or xorijiy
tajribalarni milliy qadriyatlarni hisobga olgan holda birlashtiradi. Yangi usul global raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish bilan birga,
O‘zbekistonning ma’naviy-ijtimoiy maqsadlarini qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi.
