This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of transparency in leadership, constructions that ensure transparent
leadership and their importance in the modern organizational context. Through extensive literature, the study
integrates authentic leadership with traditional leadership paradigms such as transformational, transactional, and servant
leadership to identify leadership characteristics and their impact on organizational outcomes.
Using a mixed-methods research design, the study used quantitative surveys and academic sources to examine the
effects of transparent leadership on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leader effectiveness.
This paper contributes to effective leadership by providing empirical evidence on the benefits of transparent leadership
and suggesting mechanisms for improving organizational performance.
