Аннотация

This study explores the application of digital technologies in business and evaluates their effectiveness. The
research analyzes the integration of digital tools across marketing, production, customer relationship management,
and operational processes. The findings highlight that the strategic and effective use of digital technologies significantly
enhances companies' competitiveness and operational efficiency. Proper management of the digital transformation
process is identified as a critical success factor. Additionally, the study examines the key challenges faced during the
implementation of digital technologies and proposes practical solutions for overcoming these obstacles.
