Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimini moliyalashtirishda davlat budjeti va xususiy sektor
o‘rtasidagi optimal nisbat aniqlanadi. Xalqaro tajribalar asosida mamlakat sharoitiga mos aralash moliyalashtirish modeli
ishlab chiqilgan va uning ustun hamda xatarli jihatlari baholangan. Tavsiyalar orqali ta’lim sifatini oshirish va moliyaviy
barqarorlikka erishish mexanizmlari taklif etilgan
