PEER REVIEW PROCEDURE:
The peer review procedure is a critical process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of submitted research articles. The review process follows these steps:
- Initial Screening: The editorial team checks the submitted article for compliance with formatting guidelines, plagiarism screening, and overall relevance to the journal’s scope.
- Assignment to Reviewers: The article is submitted for evaluation either to invited independent experts or to a member of the Board of Experts in the relevant field. The journal follows a single-blind peer review process, where reviewers remain anonymous while the author’s identity is disclosed to them.
- Evaluation by Reviewers: Reviewers assess the manuscript based on several criteria, including methodological consistency, scientific contribution, clarity of argumentation, and relevance of the research.
- Reviewer Feedback: Reviewers provide constructive comments and may recommend one of the following decisions:
- Accept without revisions
- Accept with minor revisions
- Revise and resubmit (major revisions required)
- Reject due to insufficient quality or relevance
- Author Revisions: If revisions are requested, the author makes the necessary changes and submits the revised version for further evaluation.
- Final Decision: The editorial board, based on reviewer recommendations, makes the final decision on whether to accept or reject the article for publication.
