Ushbu tezisda O‘zbekistonda maktabgacha ta’lim (MTM) va umumiy o‘rta ta’lim (UOTM) muassasalarida

(SBM) tizimi doirasida avtonomiya — xodimlarni boshqarish, innovatsion xaridlar, budjetni mahalliy ehtiyojlarga mos
taqsimlash — ta’lim sifati va samaradorligiga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari avtonomiyaning
ijobiy natija berishi kuchli va ko‘p bosqichli javobgarlik tizimi mavjudligiga bog‘liq ekanini ko‘rsatadi
