Abstract

Mazkur tezisda raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida mijozlar bilan yashil raqamli aloqalarni shakllantirish strategiyalari
tahlil qilingan. Ilmiy manbalar asosida raqamli marketing vositalariga ekologik yondashuvlar integratsiya qilinishi, mijozlar
ishonchini oshirish va barqaror aloqalarni mustahkamlash imkonini berishi asoslab berilgan. CRM tizimlari, influencer
marketing va sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalarining bu jarayondagi roli ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tahlil natijalariga asoslangan holda
amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Mavzu dolzarbligi nazariy tahlil orqali asoslangan
