Abstract

Ushbu maqolada global va milliy turizm industriyasida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining o‘rni, ularning
biznes modellarini transformatsiya qilishdagi ahamiyati hamda iste’molchi xatti-harakatlariga ta’siri kompleks tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqot jarayonida generativ SI vositalarining shaxsiylashtirilgan xizmatlarni shakllantirish, operatsion samaradorlikni
oshirish va turizm sohasida mavjud bo‘lgan “fragmentar” ma’lumotlar muammosini bartaraf etishdagi imkoniyatlari
baholangan. Shuningdek, maqolada O‘zbekiston turizm bozorining so‘nggi yillardagi rivojlanish dinamikasi tahlil qilinib,
sohani modernizatsiya qilish, kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini yangilash hamda barqaror turizmni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy
tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
