Ushbu maqolada xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilishda moliyaviy bozor mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish
masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi moliyaviy bozor instrumentlari orqali investitsiya
oqimlarini oshirishning samarali usullarini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida tahlil, taqqoslash va mantiqiy
umumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, roadshow, greenfield investitsiyalar hamda
kraudfanding mexanizmlarining xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb etishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berildi. Shuningdek, amaldagi
moliyaviy bozor mexanizmlarining asosiy cheklovlari aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib o‘tildi. Tadqiqot
natijalari moliyaviy bozorlarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqishda ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
