Ushbu maqolada mintaqaviy oziq-ovqat ta’minot zanjirini optimal boshqarish va tartibga solish masalalariga
bag‘ishlangan ilmiy-adabiyotlar metaanalitik va tizimlashtirilgan tahlili keltiriladi. Tadqiqotda jahon miqyosida oziq-ovqat
mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarish hajmi, qayta ishlash sanoati hamda global va mintaqaviy bozorlarda bozor sig‘imi dinamikasi
bo‘yicha asosiy iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar va ularning o‘sish tendensiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, mamlakatimiz
sharoitida qishloq xo‘jaligi va oziq-ovqat sanoati tarmoqlarida ishlab chiqarish strukturasidagi o‘zgarishlar, talab-taklif
nisbatlari, narxlar shakllanishi, logistika xarajatlari va ichki bozor sig‘imiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar alohida ko‘rib chiqilgan.
