Mazkur maqolada qurilish korxonalarining xo‘jalik faoliyatini tahlil qilish jarayonida asosiy vositalardan
foydalanish samaradorligini baholovchi turli rentabellik ko‘rsatkichlari chuqur o‘rganilgan. Xususan, qurilish korxonalari
va potensial investorlar uchun muhim bo‘lgan mahsulot sotish rentabelligi, asosiy sarmoya rentabelligi, o‘z sarmoyasi
rentabelligi hamda xarajatlar rentabelligi kabi ko‘rsatkichlarning hisoblash tartibi va ularning amaliy ahamiyati yoritib
beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosiy vositalardan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirish va korxona moliyaviy barqarorligini
mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi
