Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston mehnat bozorida norasmiy bandlikning mavjudligi, uning sabablari va
iqtisodiyotga ta'siri masalalarini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda norasmiy bandlikni qisqartirishga qaratilgan fiskal, institutsional,
ma'muriy va ijtimoiy mexanizmlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, rasmiylashtirish jarayonlarini soddalashtirish, soliq tizimini
takomillashtirish, ijtimoiy himoya tizimida ishtirokni rag‘batlantirish va aholi huquqiy madaniyatini oshirish kabi amaliy
tavsiyalar berilgan.
