Abstract

Ushbu maqolada kolbasa va go‘sht sanoatida “zero waste” (chiqindisiz ishlab chiqarish) modelining
resurslardan samarali foydalanishdagi o‘rni, iqtisodiy va ekologik samaradorlikka ta’siri hamda xorijiy tajribalar asosida
O‘zbekiston uchun amaliy yo‘nalishlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, chiqindisiz ishlab chiqarish
texnologiyalarini joriy etish go‘sht mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarish tannarxini kamaytirish, energiya tejamkorligini oshirish va
ekologik yukni kamaytirishga yordam beradi
