Abstract

Ushbu tezisda Parkent tumanida joylashgan “Oltin Bel” togʻ kurortining marketing, fazoviy va investitsion
rivojlanish salohiyati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda GIS texnologiyalar asosida fazoviy tahlil, SWOT tahlili hamda Markaziy
Osiyo tog‘-kurortlari bilan benchmarking taqqoslamasi amalga oshirilgan. Natijalar Parkent tumanining tabiiy resurslari —
balandlik, iqlim va landshaft jihatidan — yuqori turistik imkoniyatga ega ekanligini, biroq brend identifikatsiyasi, infratuzilma
sifati va strategik boshqaruv sohalarida muvofiqlashtirilgan yondashuv zarurligini ko‘rsatadi
