Abstract

Ushbu maqola korporativ boshqaruvda Leadership 4.0 tamoyillarini joriy etish orqali samaradorlikni oshirish
imkoniyatlarini tahlil qiladi. Leadership 4.0 raqamli iqtisodiyot va to‘rtinchi sanoat inqilobi sharoitida innovatsion rahbarlik
usullarini amaliyotga tatbiq etishni nazarda tutadi. Maqolada nazariy va amaliy jihatdan Leadership 4.0 tamoyillari, raqamli
texnologiyalar hamda korporativ innovatsiyalarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, rahbarlikning tashkilot
samaradorligi va strategik maqsadlarga erishishdagi ta’siri yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda nazariy tahlil, holat tadqiqotlari va ilmiy
adabiyotlar sintezi usullari qo‘llaniladi. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Leadership 4.0 prinsiplarini joriy etish korporativ
boshqaruv tizimlarida qarorlar sifatini oshirish, innovatsiyalarni faol qo‘llab-quvvatlash hamda tashkilot samaradorligini
yaxshilashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqola Leadership 4.0ni joriy etish jarayonida samaradorlikni oshirish uchun
amaliy tavsiyalar ham taqdim etadi.
