Abstract

The current state, obstacles, and future potential of Smart tourism as well as education in the
country of Uzbekistan are examined in this article. Uzbekistan, as a Central Asian crossroads country, is
acutely aware of the transformational potential of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in
altering its tourism and education sectors. The research incorporates Smart technology, government efforts,
and upcoming trends to provide a holistic perspective of the landscape.
Uzbekistan confronts the dual challenge of conserving its rich cultural history while embracing technology
improvements in the field of Smart tourism. The essay goes into current Smart tourism projects, emphasizing
their influence on customer service, efficiency in operation, and sustainability. It investigates the role of technology
in crisis management and assurance, which are crucial issues in an era of global uncertainty.
The paper goes on to discuss the obstacles to the seamless incorporation of technologically advanced tourism
and education in Uzbekistan, providing practical answers and recommendations. It also discusses the future
possibilities, outlining rising trends and potential advantages of international cooperation in improving these
industries.
