Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy HR texnologiyalarining korxona samaradorligiga ta’siri qisqacha tahlil qilinadi.
“O‘zbekiston temir yo‘llari” AJ tomonidan joriy etilgan “E-xodim” va “HRM PRO” tizimlari misolida raqamli boshqaruvning
amaliy natijalari ko‘rsatildi. Texnologiyalar ishga qabul qilish, monitoring va xodimlarning baholanishini samaraliroq qildi.
