Ushbu maqolada xalqaro moliya bozorlarida sindikatlashtirilgan kreditlash amaliyotini tartibga soluvchi
asosiy institutlar – Loan Market Association (LMA) va Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA) faoliyati tahlil
qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ularning huquqiy-me'yoriy yondashuvlari, standart hujjatlari hamda kreditlashdagi risklarni boshqarish
usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. O‘zbekiston moliya tizimida bu mexanizmlarni joriy etishning huquqiy, institutsional va texnik
imkoniyatlari baholanadi. Tahlil natijalariga asoslanib, mamlakatda sindikatlashtirilgan kreditlashni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha
aniq amaliy takliflar ilgari suriladi.
