Abstract

This article explores strategic directions for the growth of international companies in today’s dynamic
environment. It analyzes the fundamental concepts shaping corporate development, including operational and corporate
strategies, efficient utilization of enterprise resources, market share expansion, and achieving intensive demand growth.
The research focuses on the case of the “Uztekstilprom” Association, a key player in Uzbekistan’s textile industry,
examining the strengths and weaknesses of its current strategy. Based on this analysis, practical recommendations are
offered to enhance its developmental approach. The study applies content analysis and a comparative framework to draw
its conclusions.
