This article explores the improvement of innovative management in higher education institutions (HEIs) in
Uzbekistan. It assesses the integration of modern management theories and practices into Uzbek HEIs, aiming to enhance
efficiency and global competitiveness. The study reviews global management models, adapts them to the Uzbek context,
and addresses specific challenges in the sector. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for advancing
Uzbek HEIs, focusing on technological adaptation, policy reform, and international collaboration.
